Presales & the process of selling technology

I have the fortune to have participated on a lot of Presales Collective sessions lately, and meeting a huge number of influential presales individual contributors, leaders and industry supporters. One thing the last year has given us is the ability to connect to an international group and help each other build up the profession.

The latest talk I attended was on "PreSales are the Process" and I found it a really fruitful discussion


My take away - although there are gut feel and art aspects to doing presales well, there are also processes, that we can understand and optimize.  In doing so, everyone can improve and become better at presales, and in tern, maximize sales productivity.
